1. Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Currently we do not ship outside of the U.S.
2. How can I track my package?
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your order contains multiple items from different vendor locations, you will be provided with all tracking numbers after they have been shipped. You can visit our Track My Order page in order to get an estimated location of your package(s).
3. How often do you update your new items?
We try to update our new items as often as possible, so it is important to sign up for our newsletter in order to keep up with what's new.
4. How will I know if a sold out item will be restocked?
You can follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and/or Pinterest to find out if and when an item will be restocked, however, the best way to follow our restocks is to join our newsletter.
5. How can I stay up to date on Uzuri's latest discounts and promotions?
By signing up for our newsletter you will receive all of Uzuri's events, coupons, and promotions.
6. I need to return an item. What do I do?
We allow 7 days for the return process. Please visit our Shipping and Returns page to answer any questions you may have.
7. What forms of payment do you currently accept?
For everyone's protection, all of our transactions are done through Paypal, Shopify Payments, and Afterpay, Sezzle, Affirm, and Klarna.
***PLEASE NOTE: If your order is paid using Paypal echeck, your items will not be shipped until payment has been verified and FULLY cleared; this process alone can take several days.***
8. How soon will my items ship?
We ship all orders within 24-48 hours from date ordered, after payment has been verified (echeck will take longer). Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your item once shipped (most times it is received sooner). You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
