Shipping and Returns

Shipping: 

Uzuri Boutique offers FREE U.S.shipping. We ship using a variety of shipping services, depending on the location of our distribution center. Because Uzuri Boutique works with several vendors, some orders may possibly be packaged and shipped separately. If this is the case once your order is placed, you will be notified by email along with your tracking number(s) and estimated date of delivery.

Due to our exclusive low pricing and high-demand, please allow up to 7-14 days for items to be delivered. They almost always arrive sooner then the max time-frame. As always, if there are any questions about your order, please feel free to contact us. We're always glad to assist. 

Returns:

Please contact us immediately if you need to return a item, as our policy lasts 7 days (jewelry, clothing, and accessories that are eligible for return or exchange only) from receipt of item(s). If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns on undergarments /shapewear.

When contacting us, please state the reason for your return, and whether you desire a refund or exchange. We will provide you with the shipping address to return your item.  *Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 Uzuri B. inspects all items prior to shipping to ensure quality. Therefore, in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it w/ its original invoice. It must also be in the original packaging.

Uzuri is not responsible for lost return packages, and highly recommend you insure and track your package. Uzuri Boutique ships First Class & Priority via USPS as well as UPS depending on size/weight of order, and time of year (i.e. holidays).


Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are processed typically within 7 business days or less after merchandise has been reviewed and returned.  Processing times vary depending on the payment method/bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. First check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using Uzuri's contact form.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items will be refunded on a case by case basis. 

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email using Uzuri's contact form and send your item to: ***PLEASE CONTACT US FOR RETURN ADDRESS***

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
